Speaker of the day: Philip Keil

Every day, UnoMe Swiss Speakers' Bureau spotlights one speaker from its roster. Today: Philip Keil, a leading voice on “Crisis Leadership & Decision-Making”. Available for events in Geneva, Lausanne, Zurich and across Switzerland, on topics such as Crisis Leadership & Decision-Making, Leadership et Management, Motivation individuelle et collective.

Background

Philip Keil is one of Europe’s most sought-after keynote speakers, airline pilots, and authors who opens the “cockpit door” to leadership, decision-making, and resilience. With over 9,000 flight hours and thousands of take-offs and landings on four continents, he knows what it means to take responsibility when every second counts.

At only 22, he became one of Germany’s youngest airline pilots. His career was marked by a life-changing emergency flight in Africa with nearly 200 passengers on board, which he safely landed against all odds. This experience profoundly shaped his perspective on leadership, crisis management, and confidence under pressure.

Since 2014, Philip has captivated tens of thousands of people across more than 20 countries in Europe and Asia with his keynotes. Drawing parallels between the cockpit and the corporate world, he translates aviation’s “Crew Resource Management” into practical strategies for business leaders and teams.
