Fabienne Goux-Baudiment is an internationally recognized futurist, foresight strategist, and keynote speaker with over three decades of experience helping leaders, governments, and industries anticipate change and navigate complexity. She is the founder and CEO of proGective, one of the longest-standing foresight consulting firms in Europe, established in 1994.

For twenty years, Fabienne played a pivotal role in shaping the Kingdom of Morocco’s long-term vision. Working at the highest level of government, she helped design and establish the Royal Institute for Strategic Studies. As Adjunct Director, Research Director, and strategic advisor to His Majesty, she trained researchers, led the Institute’s foresight methodology, authored the yearly strategic report for the King (2014–2023), and oversaw numerous publications anticipating Morocco’s future.

A pioneer in the field, Fabienne was the youngest president ever elected to the World Futures Studies Federation and founded the French Society for Foresight, serving as its first president. Her career bridges entrepreneurship, academia, and policy, combining deep theoretical expertise with actionable strategic insight. She has worked with more than 100 clients worldwide, across industries as diverse as construction, food, energy, and AI, to rethink business models in the face of disruption.

Her thought leadership explores the emerging model of civilization she calls X.0, a framework for understanding the “Great Transition” in an era of polycrisis and VUCA² conditions. A former professor at the University of Angers for 25 years, she has authored numerous academic papers and books — including her first, introduced by French Prime Minister Raymond Barre. Her work has been recognized with the Jans Gremmée Award from the University Women of Europe.
