After two decades at the top of the global advertising industry—as Creative Director at DDB, Executive Creative Director at Ogilvy, and Chief Creative Officer at BBDO—Dietmar transitioned to tech, becoming Chief Innovation Officer at ecx.io (later acquired by IBM). Today, he is the founder of BRAINKICKS GmbH, delivering brain (strategy) and kicks (creative sparks) via custom keynotes, workshops, coaching, and publications.
He’s known for creating unforgettable visual moments on stage—breaking walls, riding sharks, melting globes, and igniting metaphorical (and sometimes real) fires to make complex messages resonate for years.
